Rabine Paving began in 1981 as a local paving company serving businesses throughout Northern Illinois. From the very beginning, our foundation was built on hard work, hands-on service, and a commitment to doing the jobs others often overlooked. Founder Gary Rabine recognized early on that even tough, dirty jobs could be transformed through innovation, discipline, and a higher standard of execution. Rabine University Founded
The Pavement Design Center was created to educate partners and clients on best practices and to allow our team to do our own research and development at our headquarters. Our parking lot has over 15 sections of pavement that our experts monitor and test. This gives our entire team the opportunity to have hands on experience with the lifecycle of various pavement types and thicknesses.

Rabine Paving and the Rabine Group makes the 2013 Fastest Growing Company list for the third year in a row by Crain’s Chicago Business. We were recognized because of our 5-year growth of 281%. Gary Rabine was then chosen to speak on a panel with other chosen company leaders to discuss their growth.
