Our teams track leading and lagging safety indicators, monitor incident rates (TRIR, DART, LTIR) and benchmark performance against industry standards. This data is used to identify trends and drive improvements making sure everyone gets home safe.

Accountability
Everyone is responsible for maintaining a safe workplace. Setting clear expectations for safe behaviors and practices is key. We do this by document incidents, near misses, and responses. We address unsafe behaviors consistently and ensure that safety is a shared priority.

The safety team conducts regular site inspections to identify hazards. They evaluate equipment, work practices, and PPE usage while encouraging participation in assessments. Safety briefings are used to educate teams on findings, reinforce best practices, and ensure continuous improvement.
